On the occasion of Women’s Day, I had loads of things in my mind. And since all can not be done at once i decided to act on the following three:
1. To organize something consequential n contributive towards society
2. To conduct a General Meeting of Women members
3. To make sure all the women team under Regional Offices of Lucknow Circle also conduct some tasks in this eve.
I feel extremely happy to tell you all that the We managed to achieve everything stated above and came out feeling more peaceful than ever by contributing in our own little way.
Lucknow Women Team arranged Lunch for the underprivileged kids at a Baal Sadan and donated sanitary stuff to the girls and other needed accessory to the oraganization.
Bareilly RO Team visited am institution of mentally retarded kids and bought smiles on tge face of each one of them!
Agra RO team & Aligarh RO team bought motivational speakers among them and made the girls realise their own power!
General Body Meeting of Women’s Team @Lucknow was a huge success and appreaciated by all.
I feel immense pride in saying that just on a single call my sisters from all of the above places stood up and gave their best to make this day worthy to remember.

Love, care, affection and motherly feelings are basic qualities of any women. Proving this once again in true fashion, Womens’ Wing of Canara Bank Officers’ Association (CBOA), Lucknow Circle in order to commemorate International Women’s Day, has today visited Bal Sadan, Moti Nagar, Lucknow which houses approximately 100 children who are either orphans or whose parents are poor and not able to afford food and education for them. Women’s Wing of CBOA has arranged for lunch of these poor childrens and donated utility items & fans for their use.
This CSR was a part of day long celebration of Internation Women’s Day by Women’s Wing of CBOA. Celebration culminated in special meeting of Women Officers of Canara Bank at its Circle Office in evening. Sri. Pramod Kumar, General Manager of Lucknow Circle of Canara Bank was Chief Guest of this meeting.

Today this special day of ours Women’s wing Bareilly under the banner of CBOA was started by a visit to Pooja Seva Sansthan, a school for mentally retarted children, chocolates n snacks were distributed among children n we spend quality time sharing the innocence n happiness on their faces..it was a great experience and in evening we organized a meeting n celebration for all the ladies, there we donated toys for mentally retarted children of Pooja Seva Sansthan. We also honoured women entrepreneurs associated with us and some prospective ones of our bank. Our AGM Mr.Arun Srivastava graced the occasion by his presence. All the ladies participated in cultural activities with their full enthusiasm, and that was how the ladies who are actually contributing to the bank as well as society celebrated themselves.!!

Today Cboa agra under the guidiance of Dgs Pankaj Saxena and Ankit Sahgal RS celebrated Womens Day.We were fortunate to have renowned motivational speaker Mrs. Tulika who also works and writes for women empowerment , motivated the girls.She was welcomed by our women committee .Dgs Pankaj Saxena assured of all possible help 24 by 7 to our female colleagues.It was a great event and girls were welcomed by roses.
