Supply of brief cases was due in 2013 to all the officers and CBOA have been demanding reimbursement of expenses for the purchase of the same instead of supply of brief cases.

Our demand has been accepted and an amount of Rs.1500/- for scale-1 officers and Rs.2000/- for scale 2 and 3 Managers was permitted by the Bank.

On specific request of CBOA, our Bank has released a new benefit of reimbursing the mobile charges to all the Managers and above to the tune of ₹ 500 per month as a NEW YEAR GIFT.

STAFF WELFARE MEASURES

Release of Staff welfare measures for the current year is an unique achievement on the part of your CBOA in the sense that for the first time the same was released by our benevolent top administration, on our specific request to consider without relating to the net profit, as, we the officers of this great bank earned a sizeable operating profit for the Bank.

NEWSPAPER OR BUSINESS MAGAZINE

Reimbursement towards purchase News paper or Business Magazine.

1.News Paper

Purchase of any one of the National / Regional / Local Daily/ Financial Newspaper.

Reimbursement is once in three months.

Limit = 90% cost of news paper

No bill / receipt is required.

2.Business Magazine

All officers including Scale I Officers are permitted reimbursement of subscription paid to Business Magazines – Business India, Business world, India Today, Business Today – in lieu of Newspaper, subject to a maximum of Rs. 60/- per month.

Annual subscriptions paid to the above magazines subject to the limit of Rs. 720/- Per annum is also permitted.

LODGING ALLOWANCE

An Officer on outstation duty is eligible for reimbursement of actual lodging expenses and all types of taxes incurred, against production of bills & vouchers for stay in hotels depending on his eligibility and grade

HALTING ALLOWANCE:

An Officer on outstation duty, is eligible for Halting Allowance by way of daily allowance. The Halting Allowance payable to Officers in various grades / scales are as follows:

DEPUTATION ALLOWANCE:

An officer deputed to serve outside bank : 7.75% of pay with maximum of Rs.2300.00 pm.

An officer deputed to an organization at the same place or to the training establishment of the bank : 4% of pay with a maximum of Rs.1200.00 pm

OFFICIATING ALLOWANCE

6% of the basic pay of the person officiating.

Permissible only if the person has officiated for 7 days in a month or 7 days continuously

BALANCE SHEET ALLOWANCE

Rs.250.00 for officers who are involved in balance sheet preperation.

Payable for September half year and March Annual Balance Sheet only.

FACULTY ALLOWANCE

Rs.1200 pm for RSTC faculty
